Day 2


Ok today. Another good day in that I’m thinking “what would Rebecca 2012-2013 do? 

I’m still here! 

Going to bed later than planned but alarm set for 7, and tomorrow’s 1% is changing the morning routine. 

Get ready and be on elliptical within an hour and a half. Sooo 8:30 am tomorrow, and save any breakfast for afterwards.

Elliptical today for a whole hour! I felt great about that.

Worried about work, but that’s another days 1%.

Bed time.
